By accessing www.resurgemovers.com or booking moving services with Resurge Movers, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Service Packages & Pricing
All standard moving packages include a moving truck, two professional movers, and fuel for moves up to 25 miles. Any move exceeding 25 miles is subject to standard distance surcharges:
- 0–25 Miles: Included
- 26–50 Miles: Add $75
- 51–75 Miles: Add $150
- 76–100 Miles: Add $250
- 100+ Miles: Custom Quote Required
Additional services such as packing, handling of heavy items (e.g., pianos, safes), extra movers, and long carries (75+ feet) will incur additional fees as outlined during the quoting process.
Liability and Damages
Resurge Movers is fully licensed and insured. We are committed to treating every customer's belongings with care, integrity, and excellence. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, items improperly packed by the customer, or unavoidable transit occurrences. High-value items must be declared prior to the move.
Right of Refusal
We reserve the right to refuse service if the moving site poses a safety hazard to our professional crews, if the inventory drastically exceeds the quoted amount without prior notice, or if the environment is unsanitary.
