Booking and Deposits
To secure your move date and time with Resurge Movers, a deposit or valid credit card on file may be required at the time of booking confirmation.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Window
We understand that moving plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your move, we require a minimum of 48 hours' notice prior to your scheduled arrival window.
- Standard Notice (48+ Hours): Cancellations or rescheduling requests made at least 48 hours in advance will be processed without penalty, and any deposits will be fully refunded or applied to the new date.
- Late Notice (Less than 48 Hours): Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled move may result in the forfeiture of your deposit or a late cancellation fee.
- Same-Day Cancellations: Cancellations made on the day of the move, or if our crew arrives and cannot perform the move due to customer unpreparedness or undisclosed site restrictions, will be subject to a minimum charge to cover crew labor and dispatch costs.
